Design and Builds was founded in 2010 by a group of architects who shared a common vision: to create architecture that is deeply rooted in context, crafted with care, and driven by purpose. Over fifteen years, we have grown into a practice of over 200 professionals across offices in India.
Our work spans architecture, urban planning, interior design and research. We have completed over 400 projects across India and internationally, working with public institutions, private developers, cultural organisations and communities.
What unites our work is a commitment to design excellence, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship. Every project, regardless of scale, receives the same depth of rigour and attention to craft.
We believe architecture must respond to its physical, cultural and climatic context. Every site has a story — our role is to listen and translate it into built form.
